ProjectPilot is web-based project management software for teams and external participants. It combines tasks, calendar, timeline, contacts, assignments, meeting minutes, decisions, time tracking and project files.

Do I need to install anything?
No. ProjectPilot runs in your browser and adapts to smaller screens. Public launch is scheduled for 30 September 2026 at 19:00 Swiss time.
Can external people collaborate?
Yes. External people can be given targeted access to a project. Permissions determine whether they can view or edit content in each module. A global read-only mode can also be enabled.
